Computers and those professionals that maintain, troubleshoot, program, administer, network, and build them are central to most every industry. Technology definition, the branch of knowledge that deals with the creation and use of technical means and their interrelation with life, society, and the environment, drawing upon such subjects as industrial arts, engineering, applied science, and pure science. The rapidly changing digital, media and creative industries offer career opportunities in an extremely wide range of industry sectors including new media, web design, computing and system management, IT consultancy and in roles managing technology to support a range of public and private sector organisations.

Each summer UO hosts the Programming Languages Summer School, an international gathering of students, professors, and industry professionals who come together to learn about the application of methods in language theory. There are too many explanations to list for what constitutes computers and technology.” In summary, it is the design and use of computers to solve problems and make life easier.

A portion of the Computer Technology curriculum incorporates the Carnegie Mellon University’s LEGO robotics engineering program where students design and program robots to complete tasks. Students will prepare for global certifications in areas of CompTIA A+ Certification and CompTIA Strata Fundamentals of IT at course completion. The Journal of Science & Know-how Law (JOSTL) publishes the best practical scholarship from specialists within the areas of biotechnology, computer systems and communications, intellectual property, know-how transfer and enterprise regulation for know-how-based companies.

High School of Computers & Technology is a public school located in Bronx, NY. It has 533 students in grades 9-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 20 to 1. Each list contains a group of classes which are required to be completed before registering for classes in the subsequent lists. This helps students progress through the program, while building on their foundational skills.

Deep learning (DL). Machine learning (ML) and more specifically DL are already on the cusp of revolution. They are widely adopted in datacenters (Amazon making graphical processing units GPUs available for DL, Google running DL on tensor processing units TPUs, Microsoft using field programmable gate arrays FPGAs, etc.), and DL is being explored at the edge of the network to reduce the amount of data propagated back to datacenters. Applications such as image, video, and audio recognition are already being deployed for a variety of verticals. DL heavily depends on accelerators (see #9 below) and is used for a variety of assistive functions (#s 6, 7, and 10).
